If a number is wrong
This is the mail worth sending. Include the page, the figure, and a link to the source that shows the correct figure — a Federal Register notice, a CBP CSMS message, a vendor pricing page, a dated screenshot. A correction with a source gets applied and dated in the post. A correction without one usually cannot be acted on, because a rate that cannot be traced is just a second opinion.
Rate changes are not corrections, but they matter just as much. If a tariff line or a fee schedule moved after the date stamped on a post, send it and the post gets re-checked.
If a page is broken
The site is static pages served from Cloudflare, so breakage is usually a bad link or a stale cache. Mention the page and the browser; that is enough to find it.
What cannot be answered
No customs advice, no classification, no filing help. Questions of the form “what HS code is my product” or “how do I declare this” cannot be answered here, not because the answer is secret but because being wrong about it is expensive and the responsibility belongs to a licensed broker in your jurisdiction. This site prices a bill; it does not file one.
Response time
Usually within a few days. There is no support queue and no ticket number; if a reply does not arrive, the message probably landed in spam, so resend it once.
Working together
Occasional enquiries arrive from people who want a cost model built for their own product: landed cost, payment fees, the margin left after both. That is a reasonable thing to ask about, and it is quoted per job rather than sold as a package. Describe the product, the destination market, and the price you sell at, and you will get an answer on whether the arithmetic is worth paying for.
